Generate the fees table dynamically using JSON-RPC

Like #332 but for fees.

Will wait for the next releases (Lockup v3.0, Flow v2.0, and Airdrops v2.0) to be published before building this since we now have oracles integrated in the contracts and we can target fiat fees (as opposed to using hard-coded ETH amounts, i.e., how we did it historically).

Hi! I’m very excited about this issue because it combines smart contracts, oracles, and DeFi mechanics, which are my main areas of interest. I have experience building MVPs on Stellar + Soroban, including staking, reputation, and automatic bonus distribution, and I’ve integrated oracles (Reflector) to get real-time pricing data in frontend dashboards.

My approach would be to leverage the existing contracts and oracles, adapting the logic to support fiat-denominated fees instead of hard-coded crypto amounts. I would build a clean, modular solution that can be tested on testnet before deployment.

I’m particularly motivated to work on this because I love learning, especially when it comes to new contract versions, DeFi flows, and oracle integration. I enjoy tackling issues hands-on and iterating fast to find practical solutions. I believe my combination of on-chain experience, frontend integration, and eagerness to learn makes me a great fit for this task.
