Feature request request: add "=" to Unit Converter #284

This app is so much better than all other 8 calcs/currency converters I have tried. Thank you!
One small update would make a large difference: by adding a "=" button to the Unit Converter calculator, 99% of everyday calculations would be possible (also without conversions), while at the same time allowing to have currency conversion (or any other unit conversion) as the start page.
This would mean an everyday casual user would not need to switch between calculator and unit converter for most used functions.
My suggestion would be to implement the same keypad as for calculator: remove the "√" and "^" buttons to give space for the "=" (and "%")
To save space: no need for the small banner with buttons used in calculator ("√ π ^ ! v")
Hoping this suggestion is clear and makes some sense for future releases, if not please let me know.
