+## The thing about permission
+
+We spend so much time waiting for the right moment, the right credentials, the perfect plan.
+
+We act like we need permission from some invisible authority to start something new.
+
+But here's the thing: **you don't.**
+
+You can just start going to the gym tomorrow, even if you've never lifted a weight in your life.
+
+You can just decide to walk into your local MP's office and lodge a complaint.
+
+You can just take a detour during your commute home from work and bring your Mom some flowers.
+
+You can just start a blog challenge when you have less than 20 total posts on your entire website. (Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing with Blaugust 2025, and yes, it feels a bit ridiculous, but here we are.)

+## The meta moment
+

+But instead, I just... did the thing.

+I sat down, opened up my editor, and started typing.

+**No one gave me permission. No one told me it was a good idea. I just did it.**

+## The secret
+
+There is no secret formula. There is no perfect time. There is no magic moment when you'll suddenly feel ready.
+
+You just have to decide to begin.
+
+And then you just... do the thing.
+
