Changing directory path for omnipathR Installation

Hi,

I really appreciate this wonderful package.

I am encountering an issue where I cannot create a new directory in the .config folder due to the limited disk quota.

Failed to create directory %s/home/jc2545/.config/OmnipathR

So, I need to set a different path for creating the OmnipathR directory.

I would like to ask if there is a way to change the path where the OmnipathR directory is created during installation.

Hi Min,

Looks like you're using Linux, it means you can set the XDG_CONFIG_HOME env variable for the config directory, and the similarly XDG_HOME_HOME for the cache directory.
