Integration with scverse

Dear all Liana+ developer team,
Fist of all, thanks for this incredible tool, our team used it with Tensor C2C and we already have very insight full results. The documentation is also great, otherwise it would have been difficult to interpret the results.

I recently learned about the integration of decoupler in the scverse and the subsequent improvement in interoperability and consistency in naming functions and working with scanpy objects. I was wondering if the same will happen for Liana+, as it become an increasingly more popular and cited tool.

@Denebium thank you for the positive feedback on the recent decoupler changes! Pau will surely be happy to read that.
Generally, you might've seen liana move to the scverse template & lots of recent issues of mine. The clear goal here is to have liana move closer to the "scverse standards" for higher quality and more accessible software.

@dbdimitrov you don't necessarily have to stick to the usual .pp, .tl, pl structure but this might a good time to overhaul the API design a bit. Let us know if you need ideas here, please.
