This PR sets up the base structure for the Reown documentation site.

✅ Includes:

• Initial README.md file
• Placeholder for pages/docs/getting-started.mdx
• Clean folder layout for public assets, styles, and components
• Ready for MDX + Next.js development

Next Steps:

• Add real content to docs/
• Connect GitHub Actions for auto-deploy (if needed)
• Setup custom domain (optional)
