Need to be guided to deploy Safe on chain

I need to deploy Safe on a blockchain that isn’t listed in this project (unlike Ethereum, which is listed). However, when I reviewed the deployment guide, I got confused—why does the Safe contract repository redirect to the Safe Foundation GitHub? Are they the same organization?

Anyway, can I deploy Safe on my chosen chain using only the Safe Global repository (safe-deployments), or do I need to follow the instructions in Safe Foundation https://github.com/safe-fndn/safe-smart-account? If I only need to use the Safe Global repository, how can I add the chain ID for my target chain to it?

For chains that do not have the singleton factory deployed, it is essential to create an issue to address this requirement.

When utilizing Optimism (OP) chains, singleton factory has been deployed. However, identifying the singleton factory during the deployment of other contracts may pose challenges.

To address this, specific network information can be added to the configuration file. For example, in the Hardhat configuration, you can define deterministic deployment settings for a targeted chain ID as follows:
