Xbox PC application block issues

I spent 3 months trying to figure out why the xbox app on my pc wasnt working i tried reinstalls full pc wipes everything and i finally figured out one day that port master was blocking the connection between xbox and its game servers whether this is intended or not i wanted to let people know so that they dont run into the same thing
