Where are the sass files

I saw that the project is no longer by default using the sass files but has an include for the css. Are the sass files still somewhere in the project. I usually like to scope my css by placing it inside of a selector and wrap the sass files so I can have different styles for the same component. Below is an example of how I usually like to import it. I'm wondering if the sass files are still in int npm project? If so can I still include them like I am doing below?

In v3 you can still access the sass files vue-select/src/scss/vue-select.scss.
