add support for solution pool

CPLEX supports computing multiple solutions (solution pool) to the problem as explained at
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/icos/22.1.1?topic=optimization-solution-pool-generating-keeping-multiple-solutions
but currently there is no way to retrieve them in Sage.
