freeze column headings at top of installed software lists (so headings don't move)

For Python and R software lists, the column headers scroll out of view when you scroll down the list. Can they be fixed, so that the column titles are visible when scrolling down the list?

well, it certainly could. My general idea for the Help page is to use react virtualized tables. E.g. look at that example and scroll it up and down: https://bvaughn.github.io/react-virtualized/#/components/Table

Probably less of an issue now though since I made the tables searchable.
