Don't be so aggressive removing labels on buttons in explore

Library and Upload have no labels and no tooltips, yet there is plenty of space to fit the labels!

I thought it is because of "hidden" buttons that will appear when some files are selected, but no, those do not fit even without labels:

This is a bug I think I recently caused.
