Drop excessive currency names in the store

I guess it is coming from some library (and recently), but it has to be ONE OF

• $
• USD
• US Dollars

Since actual purchases in the store are done using "CoCalc credits" which happen to equal to "US Dollars" numerically when you buy them, I strongly prefer just the $ sign everywhere in the interface without mentioning the country. When users are actually going to pay using real money, they go to Stripe and see the payment in their own currency.

Not sure how many other people (if any) notice it, but I do ;-) In defense of my bottom suggestion to just use $ - the balance at the top-right does exactly that. I suspect most people expect $ to mean USD and if anyone has any doubts, they will be dealt with by Stripe during checkout.

Somewhat related - in the screenshot in the description dollars and cents are black, while trailing digits are grey/dimmed. That would be a great display approach to adopt, since it highlights "common sense money" and shows finer details at the same time. But I imagine it can be technically challenging.
