Subscription cancellation without clear reason #7691

Ticket 15633. Some of the last transactions:

  • There was an issue with automatic payments and several renewal charges did not go through.
  • Then the subscription got automatically cancelled, which makes sense
  • There was a manual top-up on July 1 and I find it strange that after this credit the balance became negative $2.50.
  • 5 seconds later the subscription was resumed.
  • On July 13 the subscription was renewed
  • 180 milliseconds after renewal it was cancelled. I do not see any evidence that an attempt to charge the credit card was done in Stripe.
