Parameter Adjustment for Analog Joystick via Vial or Other Methods

The analog joystick used in devices such as the sgh60 requires some parameter adjustments. Currently, any changes to the values require modifying the source code and reflashing. We would like to explore methods to adjust these parameters via Vial or other means.
