What is going on with this repository (or owner)?

Perhaps many of you are wondering.
I will leave you with what I know about this.

But first, who are you?

I am one of those who love fuwari and am one of the contributors to this repository.
I am the one who knew saicaca was busy for some time, so I contacted him directly and was able to work with him as a collaborator.

How is @saicaca doing? Why don't you commit, merge PRs, or answer issues?

I am told he is genuinely busy.
If I am correct in my perception, but he has been job hunting, thesis, etc., and genuinely does not have time to devote to this project.
I recently received a message back from him, and he said he can devote more time to this project after a month or two, so we don't have to worry about this project being archived or anything like that at this time.

So what about this project while he is away?

That is exactly why I became a collaborator.

What I will do as a collaborator on this project

It is to make it as easy as possible for him to mentain when he returns.
That's all.

A little more detail.

The following is what we sent him directly.

1. I will not be involved in PR for the core parts of fuwari or adding major features. (saicaca will basically have the decision-making power.)

2. Closing small issues and reviewing and merging small fixes (README.md corrections, adding languages, changes of a few to a dozen lines).

3. If you feel that I am behaving in an inappropriate manner as a collaborator, you are welcome to remove me as a collaborator at any time.

I will work as a collaborator after adhering to the above.
Of course, we will participate in discussions about adding features, and we will actively create issues if we think a feature is needed.

However, we will leave it to saicaca whether to implement and merge them or not.

I WATCH this repository, so I can basically handle any issue/PR, but if you have a bug, review, etc. that you would like me to handle, please mention it to me or assign it to me.
