Creating a Wiki page.

Recently, there has been a lot of activity with issues and PRs for fuwari, and I think new features have been added. However, the repository's README does not mention these added features. It might be good to add the new features to the README, but how about using the Wiki to do so? (Alternatively, creating a site that describes how to use it with fuwari might also be a good idea.)
