[Bug]: creating exclusion zones

What happened?

When creating exclusion zones by clicking on the tachogram to set the points for narrowing, after the zone is showed in the graph but not showing up in the exclusion zones tab. Only after refreshing the plot selected zones shows up with specific time stamps.

Steps to reproduce

1. got to participant
2. go to add exclusions
3. mark two points on the tachogram to set zone
4. refresh the plot

What did you expect to happen?

After marking the zone on the tachogram, automatically the selected zone should also show in the exclusion zones tab to adjust the specific time stamps and for saving the zone

Reopening - fix needs manual verification. Changed rerun scope but not tested with actual plot clicks yet.
