Consider adding SailJail config to enable Jolla Store submission

I came across this idea when reading File Browser's OpenRepos page. The same text is rendered more nicely at GitHub.

But when looking at the code infrastructure it needs to handle that properly (use this as an entry point), I rather refrain from considering this any further, especially in the light of the very slim gain!
