[Suggestion] Allow to open a new issue from the app

In the issues screen, there could be a pulley menu with the option "open a new issue".

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As all is actually tracked here on github, I guess it would need to add support for github authentication. It seems like a lot of hassle for such a feature, but in the other hand, encouraging people to submit request or signal bugs is important too. Additionally, if the backend of tracking have to change, this interface can stay consistent.

That would require each user to create a token to access with their account. So, no, unfortunately it is too messy to implement.
