Recording tab has no distinction between input (microphone) and output (playback monitoring) recording streams

To reproduce, with version 0.4.9 from Flathub (compared to any version of pavucontrol), and with a sound recorder that can simultaneously record input and output streams such as Reco, tell Reco to record "Both" streams, and look at how they are represented in pwvucontrol's "Recording" tab.

As you can see in the video below, both are named "Default (Devicename Input 1)" instead of one being named "Default (playback of Devicename Line A)" for the monitor and "Default (Devicename Input 1)" for the microphone, unlike in pavucontrol:
