Java version(s) shown on nightly server list are out of date

The java version(s) shown on the bottom on the nightly server list does not reflect the version(s) used. For master it should be 17, I am not sure if other Sakai versions need a bump as well. If this gets out of sync often, maybe we should just show the major version.
