Search is Broken

Describe the bug
The search results are shown but none of the links work. They all redirect to non-existent links.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to and click 'search icons'
2. Type some text related to docs to view search results
3. Click on the recommended results
4. See error

Expected behavior
I expect to see the actual page the related to the search results. The redirection to a link with typo is shown if I click the links suggested in the search results.

Screenshots
The search results will direct to such invalid links. I tested with lots of link and all of them have this issue.
