Email and Messages app shows Loading instead of add configuration

I have hosted the Email and Messages app in localhost and used ngrok for tunnelling. After I added the Manifest Url, it installs the app but when I click in the app it shows this "Loading" and does not show anything else.

I have not modified the Email and Messages app of saleor. I simply cloned the app and run it.

Also, when I try to host any saleor apps using vercel and install it in the dashboard, It show "Registration Failed: cannot find auth data."

I have hosted the Dashboard myself.

Help me solve this issue
