[Feature]: Prepare migration guide for using new tokens

When all of the tokens are applied to the macaw, including components, we need to prepare migration guide.

AC:

• Migration guide can be posted within the docs
• It should exactly tell what are relation between old tokens and the new one (sort of mapping)
• If it cannot be easily mapped, we need to describe how to migrate
