Does anyone else have this error "ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN"

This error occurs sometimes on save:

Something went wrong
(0, 0): (403) ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN. For details see the broker logfile.

When it happens it logs me out

Refreshing the page gives a 404 which then also logs me out.

If I dont refresh the page I can still use the system.

The data does NOT save even though ther eis also a save message.

I dont get this error when changing some data, like product Title, but I do get it with other data, for example, I am trying to add a variant but this error appears and my new variant disappears.

I reported the issue here some time ago which seemed to fix itself after another install, but it hasn't. I have just installed v3.11 from GitHub to Vercel with no changes to my fork #2221

Data did not save

I got this working now. I established it was an issue with CloudAMQP. I removed it from Heroku, and the environment variables for it, then re-added a new one, and now it works OK. I guess some error in the previous environment variables for it.
