[Bug]: Discount Rule Reward Value Decimal Not Supported

Description of the issue

In the new Features Preview - Discount Rules section you can't set a decimal value for the rule Reward Value field even though it's supported by the API.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Enable Discounts Rules in Features Preview
2. Go to Discounts
3. Create a discount
4. Add a rule, select a rule channel and under Reward try to set a decimal value eg. 12.55 in the Reward Value field

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to be able to set a decimal value eg. 12.55 in the Reward Value field.

Hey @simon-online we have checked it on the latest versions and:

1. We can't reproduce the error - Saleor is validating number of cents based on the currency, so if you set 12.123 USD, it will throw, but for 12.12 it should not
2. We found a bug in Dashboard not allowing to actually set a floating number, because it cuts cents - we will work on that

Can you provide us the reproduction, or can we close it?

Correct I believe this is just an issue with the dashboard. When I test this on dashboard v3.20.39 it is still an issue.

Is there another issue that tracks this issue in the dashboard?
