Project Gantt: Removing Predecessors Causes CRM To Hang

Issue

When adding tasks to the CRM in the project Gantt view, if you add a predecessor, removing this causes the CRM to hang

Expected Behavior

The CRM should not hang after interacting with any of the tasks in the project

Actual Behavior

The CRM hangs while a loading dialogue box appears, meaning the user cannot continue editing the project

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Change to Gantt view
3. Add tasks, ensuring you have at least one predecessor and one successor
4. Delete the predecessor

Context

This affects the user since it means interacting in the Gantt view is now more complicated and not user-friendly
