Add support for ESLint v10

ESLint v10 was released on 6th February: https://eslint.org/blog/2026/02/eslint-v10.0.0-released/

Please update this library to support v10.

We install this library via PNPM using strict peer dependencies so are currently unable to adopt ESLint v10 due to the peer dependency on ESLint 9.
