warn/error in dev-mode when detecting a query selector using ID

This could be implemented with a regular expression (to cover 90% of the cases), or we could attempt to bring sizzle or some other selector parser, to detect that.

Would just checking for the presence of # in a query do the trick? I'd hate to bring Sizzle in just for this.
