Can't pause the recording after Refreshing SF page while the call is being recorded #20

The agent will be no longer able to pause the recording if the SF page is refreshed while the call is being recorded. Also, an error will appear saying “We can’t resume the recording. Try again.”

Findings
We found out that after refreshing the SF page when the user clicks on the toggle recording button, it sends an aura request which gets failed due to a missing conversation ID.
