Crash Dump Published #196
Description
The release 2.2.1 contains the file c_src/erl_crash.dump, which should not be included and is relatively large.
Could you amend the release to remove the dump?
Additionally, the git tag was not pushed. This makes it impossible for tools like Dependabot to show any useful information about the update.
