Fuel/payload incorrectly imported from Simbrief #492

Describe the bug
When I import fuel and payload from a Simbrief OFP that has the weights in pounds, the mod imports it as kilos instead - also regardless of what the unit setting is.
Expected behaviour
When the OFP is the pounds it should take it as pounds if the unit setting is pounds, or convert it to kilos if that is the selected unit setting. And vice versa if the OFP is in kilos.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Simbrief OPF using pounds.
- Do OPF request on the Menu > Salty > Fuel > OFP Request. Sel Fuel will not say kilos regardless.
