Error when running on m1 mac

I tried installing with npm and then starting the binary and i get the following error:
/opt/homebrew/bin/cadence-lint: cadence-lint: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token exports,"__esModule",{value:!0}'`

this path is a symlink to node-modules

That's odd, I develop on an M1 and haven't experienced this. I will try to reproduce, but it's currently working for us in local (M1/Ubuntu) and CI (Alpine) environments.
