Add Local Development Documentation

Hey @sambecker,

I was thinking of adding a feature to the photo blog, a suggestion box for the camera in the photo upload, to display already registered cameras and allow an "autocomplete".
I was hoping to possibly add the feature myself, but since I have a bit of a limit knowledge on Next (worked more in React/Vue), I might be missing some key infos to run it smoothly locally, and since I do want to learn Next.js, why not while helping the project here.

Do you think is feasible to add to the readme or maybe in a new doc some instructions for local development? (simple example from a recent project of myself: https://github.com/sconetto/iBuddhism?tab=readme-ov-file#local-development)

When I work locally, I do a couple things different, mainly running vc env pull to create an .env.local file, then run pnpm dev.

The current setup does not support purely local development without a remote connection to a blob store. Is that an issue you're running into?

@sambecker, I believe that too, I remember having some connecting issues.
For BLOB storage is there specific configs? I am assuming if we run a local MinIO setup we can have everything running purely locally for test and development

@sambecker, what's your stance to AI tools for coding?
I could try and improve the documentation while I learn more the codebase with some tools I've been using, would you be okay with it?
