Please add option to use self-signed ssl cert or option to ignore ssl errors

Some prometheus deployments are hosted in internal servers with self-signed certificates that is not registered in the internet common root CAs

Please add an option to either:

• provide an ssl cert and ssl key (with passphrase optionally)
• or ignore ssl errors entirely
