MCP support: Implement Resources #8
Description
The MCP protocol defines TOOLS, Resources and Prompts.
Currently we only implement TOOLs.
This issue is to track the implementation of Resources.

We need to support the resources in a modular way and think about what resources we want to share.
Probably the README.md?
Maybe a valid schema that we generate upon init, this way it will be accurate and no need for manual update?
