I have the same problem because i run in web client folder like npm run dev, its open on http://localhost:5173/ not in port 3000. try WSL ubuntu for run make all and make server-run .

// instal go and make with linux in WSL
sudo apt install make build-essential
sudo apt  install golang-go
go version

// go to your folder
cd "/mnt/c/mikumikubeam"

// run
make all
make run-server
