[BUG] Badges and descriptions are not displayed

Hi,

All items are listed under the system tag only, and the badges (recommended, expert, unsafe, etc) are not displayed. Also every entry says "Description unavailable".

Just pitching in to say that I had the same problem, opened the app and it didn't give me any tags. When I went to the api link provided by samolego it said my IP had made too many requests and the message showed was:

So what I did was I just waited around over an hour and then tried again and it just worked.
A solution would be to give out a message in app when a rate limit is reached and to try again later so that the user can know that Canta isn't bugged and it's just a rate limit from github.

My solution: Add github auth so you can login with your github account so you can remove the rate limit
