Expected behaviour
When adding a YouTube video containing subtitles / closed captions, Plyr should display a button to enabled them.
Actual behaviour
Button is absent.
Steps to reproduce
Using the Code Pen YouTube demo and replacing the video by one with subtitles (ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-BgxLtMxh0), we don't see the button anymore.
