Command not found

I have installed from root, trixie, with commands
python3 -m pip install --upgrade maestral
python3 -m pip install --upgrade maestral[gui]

before that I have installed

root@dell:~# python3 -m venv maestral-venv

and

root@dell:~# source maestral-venv/bin/activate

But when I give the command maestral it have "command not found" ? Why?

Ok it sould be executed inside the env... but now I've installed it in root dir and in user dir? Should I uninstall the root installation?
