it's crashing again. every time I launch it.

noticed files not syncing. so started to investigate.
it crashes completely within about 5 or 6 seconds of launching.
still on Sequoia, so it's not a Tahoe problem.
has worked well for several months since last crashing problems, which seemed to just stop.
don't know that I or anyone did anything specific to help.
but now it's become a real problem again.

anyone else seeing crashes?
any ideas??? filesizes?? permissions?? anything??

updating information. after doing some more testing, it appears to be filesize related.
small files all sync quickly, no problem. as soon as there's a file over approx 400MB give or take, it crashes.
seems pretty repeatable. moving big file into folder, app crashes.
moving big file out of folder and it seems to stay running and stable.

this appears to be similar if not identical to the crashes over the last year or more. but it seems to come and go. not sure why or how. but testing today definitely indicates filesize is the issue.

further testing after several days, and Maestral seems to be crashing all the time now, and not related to filesize. I've tested with smaller files, lots of files in a folder, and this seems to also cause it to crash.

am I the only user that is having these problems?? if so, samschott will be not so motivated to attempt to diagnose and fix. if many of us have the problem, maybe it can be fixed. I, for one, am happy to help diagnose and find the issues. happy to do testing or keep logs of what happens when it crashes. but it is now happening dozens of times a day. basically every time I think to relaunch it, it crashes in less than 20 seconds or so.

I'm open to suggestions.
