Update/Check ggplot2 4.0.0 Compatibility (For release v3.3.0) #251
Description
Everything should be compatible currently (except DimPlot_scCustom(label.box = TRUE) due to change required on Seurat end.
To enable proper use of label.box = TRUE users must downgrade to ggplot2 v3.5.2 until fix in Seurat.
- Check compatibility and aesthetics
- Update box plot functionality (with optional ggplot2 version check)
- Add violin features
