can't specify any theme when using treenew

After enabling treenew either in defaultconfigs or in js part of the indexmenu code, it only shows the skin-win7 theme.

the code is {{indexmenu>..#1|js#leopard.png navbar treenew skipfile=/sidebar/}} , no matter what I input in the #theme part, it only shows the skin-win7 theme. but {{indexmenu>..#1|js#leopard.png navbar treeold skipfile=/sidebar/}} works good.

I tried every them in both below paths, none works while using treenew

lib/plugins/indexmenu/scripts/fancytree/
lib/plugins/indexmenu/images

But, every theme in lib/plugins/indexmenu/images works while using treeold

Do I have any misuse of the #them when using treenew?
