Glitch Where Video Skips to Next Video in Queue at Same Timestamp

I just had a glitch where a video skipped to the next in queue's video, to the same timestamp as the one before it.

It happened to another user, not me, I'm hosting the room.

So if the video was at 14:50, their side had it skip to the next video in the queue at 14:50.

I don't know how this can be reproduced. This happened by random chance.
