chat keeps disconnecting after a couple of minutes

Hello,

When a friend joins the session, the chat works for the first couple of minutes but then disconnects and they can't send messages anymore. Also, it says the person left the session when they're still watching the video.

I want to say this is caused by internet connectivity dropping intermittently (sometimes caused by wifi). I need to look into this further.
