Next video don't start playing when Metastream is out of focus

• Metastream Version: Beta 0.9.0
• Browser + Version: Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS Version: Windows 10 Version 2004

Steps to Reproduce:

1. After another person adds a video to "Next up" list, minimize the browser window/change tab.
2. When the video that was playing ends nothing happens, if I open the tab again the video resumes.

It's possible there's no solution for this within browsers. This is usually a feature to save battery life. I'll need to see if there are any hacks I can add related to webpage visibility.
