My girlfriend and I are trying to watch crucnhyroll on metastream and it won't work

It hasn't ever done this till today. One of us goes to add the anime to the session and it says this:

We have tried other services such as youtube and it works so it seems to only be crunchyroll specifically when it is on metastream, we would love a solution considering we really enjoy metastream <3 thank you.
