Improve parameters for CDK stack

Review existing parameters for the CDK stack in aws-cdk-ecs-api/cdk/lib/cdk-stack.ts.

• Improve parameters added, so that the Stack is more customizable for external users:
  • hostedZoneName
  • applicationPort
  • Validate other parameters/variables to improve (?)
