Problem: concentrations are being parsed incorrectly on the frontend, its splitting up concentrations into its subsections like "required courses" and "electives". additionally, it will need to be properly parsed in the dashboard sidebar to show all subsections
Solution : programatically fix the major collator to handle existing concentrations || move concentrations into separate service to save time || programtically fix the major data scraper to scrape concentrations differently
